กล่องลวดตาข่าย GABION & MATTRESSES

กล่องเกเบี้ยน สร้างขึ้นจาก แผ่นตาข่ายถักเป็นรูป หกเหลี่ยม ซึ่งตีเกลียวคู่ด้วย ลวดเหล็ก เคลือบด้วยสังกะสี เป็นไปตาม มาตรฐานสากล หรือ ลวดเหล็กชุบสังกะสี่ และ หุ้มพีวีซีหนา 0.4 - 0.6 มม. อีกชั้นหนึ่ง ขอบทุกด้านของกล่อง เ์สริมความ แข็งแรงด้วยลวดโครงกลองที่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่าลวดตาข่าย ทุกๆ ระยะ 1 เมตรตามความยาวของกล่อง จะมีแผ่นกระบังกัน เพื่อ ความแข็งแรงของกล่อง แผ่นตาข่ายแต่ละชิ้น ประกอบขึ้นเป็น รูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า

กล่องแมทเทรส ประกอบขึ้นจากแผ่นตาข่ายเป็นรูปหกเหลี่ยม มีคุณสมบัติเช่นเดียวกับ กล่องเกเบีั้ยน แต่ มีขนาดช่องตาข่าย เละลวดที่ใช้เล็กกว่า

ก่องสำเร็จรูป จะถูกพับเป็นแผ่น และ จัดส่งไปหน่วยงาน ก่อสร้างเป็นมัด เพื่อสะดวกต่อการขนย้ายและจัดส่ง หลังจาก คลี่กล่องออก และ ประกอบเป็นรูปกล่องด้วยลวดผูก ที่จัดส่งไปให้เป็นขด วางกล่องให้ไดัระดับ และ จัดเรียงในตำแหน่งทีเหมาะสม ผูกยึดกล่องเข้าดัวยกันให้ได้แนว จากนั้น จึุงบรรจุหินใหญ่ ลงภายในกล่อง พร้อมปิดฝากล่องให้แน่น การจัดวางกล่องเป็้นชั้นๆหรือเป็นผืนระนาบตามโครงสร้างที่ออกแบบให้เพื่อใช้ในงานป้องกัน การกัดเซาะต่าง ๆ เช่น งานป้องกันดินพังทลาย งานกัดเซาะตลิ่งแม่น้ำ หรือ กันคลื่นทะเล เป็นต้น

DESCRIPTION
Gabions are rectangular cages made of hexagonal double - twister heavy galvanized or coated with pvc sleeve 0.4 - 0.6 mm. thickness , wire mesh. Reinforcement is provided by heavy selvedge wires along the edge of the mesh. Crates are divided into 1 metre compartments which restrict movement of the filling material. The crates themselves are wired to each other as each is placed in position.

Mattress is a shaped version of the gabion which used for lining work but mesh and wire size are smaller than that
used to manufacture the gabions. Gabions and mattress are delivered to the site semi-assembled. After erecting and wiring-up , each cage is Hlled with suitable stone to fonn a designed structure used for erosion resistance such as retaining wall, river banks, revertment shape protection, channel linings, piers and other structures.

มาตรฐานกล่อง
ลวดเหล็กเคลือบสังกะสี ทุกขนาด ที่ใชัผลิต กล่องแเกเบี้ยน และเมทเทรส เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน BS 1052 / 1980 มีค่าความต้าน ทานแรงดึงลวด ระหวาง 38 - 55 กก. / ตร.มม. หริอ มตรฐาน มอก. 71- 2532 และ การเคลือบสังกะสี เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน BS 443/1982 สำหรับลวดสังกะสี และหุ้มพีวีซีอีกชั้นหนึ่ง วัสดุพีวิซีที่หุ้ม จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติทนทานต่อ สภาพดินฟัาอากาศ
น้ำทะเล หรือ สภาวะทีมีมลภาวะสูง? โดยไม่เกิดการแตกร้าว หรือ มีคุณสมบัติ ทางกลศาสตร์ เปลี่ยนแปลงไป โดยมีความหนาอยู่ ระหว่าง 0.4-0.6 มม.กล่องเกเบึ้ยน แฉซ เมทเทรส จะมีขนาดมาดรฐาน ตามตาราง ข้างล่างนี้ ขนาดลวด หรือกล่องที่นอกเหนือจากตารางนี้สามารถ ผลิตขึ้นไดัตามแบบที่ลูกค้าตัองการ

SPECIFICATION
The most common reference are that steel wire should be in accordance with BS 1052/ 1980, tensile strength 38 - 55 kg. /mm.2 or TISI 71 ,and heavily galvanized with BS 443/1982. Galvanized wire with plus pvc coating shall be capable of resisting the effect of exposure to ultraviolet light, immersion in seawater or polluted condition without cracking or brittling with 0.4 to 0.6 mm in thickness.

The majority of gabions , mattresses are supplied to meet well established specification as shown in table data. Alternative size, mesh wire diameter combination can be supplied to meet the customer' s requirements.
